What to Expect

When you come in for your appointment you will be greeted by our professional and courteous Business Assistants at the front desk. They will go over your intake paperwork such as medical history, dental history, financial and privacy agreements and answer any questions you may have in the process. Once you are done one of our Certified Dental Assistants will guide you to your next step which may be X-rays or to one of our Comfortable Operatory Rooms.

X-rays are needed to allow the dentist to see an overview of your mouth. The x-rays will help to identify any potential areas of concern and help create a plan for care. Upon completion, the information gathered will assist our dentists in choosing the safest and most effective treatment for you. Once your records have been assessed, your follow-up treatment and costs will be discussed with you in detail.

A regular checkup usually lasts between 20 and 30 minutes, however, feel free to ask any questions during this time. When your oral examination is completed by our dentists, a proposed treatment plan will be presented to you with different treatment options (when needed) by one of our Business Assistants. All prices will be discussed and disclosed prior to any scheduled treatment, payment options and insurance breakdowns will also be discussed.
